Awareness and curiosity about your performance in all avenues of life. Health, work, etc. Measuring and benchmarking to always improve in those areas.

Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self

I'm one of the founders of a tech start-up called Joist. One of the founders and I have always been focused on personal development, automation, and bio-hacking. We're currently focused on trying to be as productive as possible through work through productivity hacks and optimizing health.

Are you currently tracking anything? What would you like to learn how to track?

Currently track: - Time spent on specific websites - Time spent running errands (goal of outsourcing/minimizing) - Sleep length - Workouts at gym Want to track: - Nutritional profile (diet) - Quality of sleep - Quality of exercise
