I am an undergraduate physics student at the University of Toronto. I am also a varsity competitive fencer with 12+ years of experience in the sport.

In your words, what is Quantified Self?
A way to follow up the honest answer we rarely give: "I don't know" and then proceed to make rational decisions.
Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self
I am using unorthodox methods inspired by current research to change the hundreds of years old norms that dominate fencing instruction. I am just beginning this endeavor and for the next ten years I will be field testing the new regimens on myself as I compete.
