Please describe yourself in three words

In your words, what is Quantified Self?

The measurement (then modeling, design, and optimization) of human behavior, individually, globally, or any scale in between.

Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self

I research how technology changes human behavior, and how it can be used to elicit desirable behavior consistently.

Are you currently tracking anything? What would you like to learn how to track?

I track peace (that is, positive engagement episodes across inter-group boundaries) at (among other places).
