Recording your own behaviours in order to optimize your daily functioning and performance.

Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self

I work with people with autism and use behaviour modification techniques to do so; in these practices, I regularly record the clients' behaviours. Knowing how to record my own helps me improve how I track my clients' behaviours.
