Recording your own behaviours in order to optimize your daily functioning and performance.
I work with people with autism and use behaviour modification techniques to do so; in these practices, I regularly record the clients' behaviours. Knowing how to record my own helps me improve how I track my clients' behaviours.
I am tracking some of my habits for a self-modification project I am completing for a course.
I'm a psychology student aspiring to be a behaviour analyst.
