I have a personal trainer, who I think is pretty good. My brief at the gym was "I do NOT want some ridiculously macho trainer who tries to push me too hard!" ;)
I'm open to testing tools and also being benchmarked against someone who uses QS style training....
Any good to you?

Just wondering if anyone on list has any experience with good personal
trainers in Toronto who take (or are friendly to) a data-driven / QS-style
approach to personal training? My experience with physios, trainers and
so on in the past has been that many of them take a "my way or the
highway" approach, which I'm not so keen on, and so I'd like to know of
people with a more data-driven approach.
