As always, the format will be simple. We will have some extremely brief introductions and move on to the Show&Tell. If you are self-tracking in any way - biometrics, mood monitoring, life-logging, DNA sequencing, etc. etc. - please come and considering sharing your methods and results.

NOTE: Access to the San Francisco office of IDEO at the Pier 28 Annex can be a bit tricky. It is in a lovely and convenient location on the San Francisco Bay, about a ten minute walk from the Embarcadero BART station, with metered street parking in front and a public parking lot across the street. But you could easily pass by it without noticing - the sign is very small, and the main entrance is on the water side, not on the street side.
