My intention is to track, but I'm not 100% adherent. * Foot pain on waking (iphone app Tonic, tonicselfcare.com) * Steps/day (Fitbit and shared Google doc spreadsheet) * Use of laundry washer and dryer (paper) * And, brand new: Mood by color and adjectives (Moodjam.com)
Goal is to get to 10K steps/day with my friend who lives cross-country. We use a shared Google doc to track and encourage.
