Introduction
I'm interested in developing the health sciences. I have been tracking every day for 1 yr to better understand my health through patterns, trends, and chart correlations. I have gained so much insight and I'm excited to share/learn more.
Are you gathering any personal data?
Tracking since 01-01-08 every day, from vaious pain levels to temperature, to stress experienced throughout the day rated quantifiably. Personally I'm most interested in hormones, headache/migraine association, balancing and monitoring health.
Doing any experiments or analysis?
Weekly/monthly experiments and constant analysis: hormone panels-saliva vs blood. Diet changes (endocrine vs vegetarian vs SAD), tracking foods to symptoms, vitamins vs probiotics/digestive enzymes. Glucose, pH, exercise, etc ~42 categories daily.
