I use Polar heart rate monitors while training but not in my time off the bike.
I used to study charts where climbing, pulse, distance and speed were superimposed.
Before my IT career, I worked as a health counselor in a clinical intervention study. We aimed to influence change among participants at risk of having coronary "events." Could modern technology be applied to better foster change?
