Work Your Data: A new series from QS

From: Eri G.
Sent on: Wednesday, February 13, 2013 8:41 PM

We are pleased to announce a new initiative of Quantified Self Labs! Beginning in late February, QS will host special “Work Your Data” events, with funding provided by Intel Labs.

Members of the Quantified Self community know that our focus is on individual discovery. However, we frequently find ourselves using tools that don’t make it easy to gain personal insights. How can we learn more from our own data? At these events we’ll do seminar-style exploration, visualization, and experimentation with data that we either bring with us or upload in advance.

In our first Work Your Data event, we will explore our Fitbit data together. We're aiming for a group of no more than ten long-term Fitbit users. The event will be informal and interactive--designed to help you get more from your data.

If you’d like participate in the Fitbit workshop or other workshops in the future, please let us know what you track and what you’d like to explore by filling out this brief survey. We’ll use this information to plan interesting events.
