What is the best way to pay for Bay Area QS Show&Tell Events?

EXPLANATION: The Show&Tell events we put on around the Bay Area involve $500 to $1000 in cash expenses. The price is so low because we don't pay for the venues. These are covered by our generous hosts, which have included companies, universities, and non-profits. (For instance, our next Show&Tell is at the amazing Autodesk Design gallery; thank you Autodesk!) The ongoing organizing QS and spreading the word is supported in part by a wonderful sponsorship from HealthTap; along with many volunteer hours. But the food, the video documentation, and the wine, beer, and soft drinks must be paid in cash. Often we can find a sponsor to pay these expenses, but sometimes we can't. (For instance, there's no food/drink/video sponsor for our next Bay Area Show&Tell.) This poll is find out which of the funding alternatives you like best. Please choose only your favorite response, even if you think more than one is OK. QS is a community-driven project: thank you for your advice and feedback!!
