On the second Thursday of every month we focus our Quantum Health leaps through Self-Esteem and Visualization. Come with your desired leaps in mind - be they physical, mental or emotional.
We will guide you through a fun-packed 2 hours of self-esteem and visualization exercises that increase your confidence and help you easily discover your dreams, remove obstacles, and make your dreams come true.
It's a great opportunity to get to know us and connect with your community of supporting, happy souls who are also finding ways to bring their light to the world.

Visualizing with Gratitude
Our monthly program follows this general format (and adjusts to the group's desires):
- 7pm Group Introductions
- 7:15 More info about us, why we host these workshops, and why self-esteem is important to visualization and law of attraction practices
- 7:30 A self-esteem exercise to get your spirits uplifted before beginning visualization
- 8:00 Visualization discussion and exercises related to our monthly theme
- 8:45 Closing comments
