Removing Your Roadblocks Using Voice Mapping
What is stopping you from enjoying your life at your best potential?
Subconsciously we create complex and sometimes mysterious mechanisms to protect us from early traumatic and stressful experiences. These mechanisms run silently below the surface of our conscious mind as coping skills that help us endure and survive difficult events and chronically painful conditions throughout our lives. However, their repetitive application often leads to sabotaging thoughts, feelings and actions that create suffering and rob us of our fullest potential in later life.
Working with the frequencies in a client’s voice, voice mapping is a highly effective biofeedback process for emotional release and healing from the consequences of stored stress and trauma. It is also used by athletes to overcome challenges and improve peak performance, and by writers and musicians to overcome challenges in their work. Given the correlation between physical and emotional health, voice mapping can be helpful in fighting chronic health problems.
Matt Kramer’s background includes 30 years as a manager and concert producer in the Los Angeles music industry. In 1994 he became a professional mediator and author writing about ways to transform the negative consequences of conflict into positive opportunities to improve communication, reduce stress and create desired change. These tools and insights are shared in Matt’s first book, “Conversations Before A Marriage” and can be found on Amazon.com. His second book, “And The Band Broke Up” adapts those tools for musicians and others working in the arts.
Matt will explain voice mapping and share his experience in helping hundreds of people reclaim their power and live their lives more fully since this process was first released for the general public in 2005. He will also provide brief mini-sessions for anyone who would like to experience voice mapping. For more information, visit
