When the summer heat hits, staying cool and hydrated is even more important! Learn how to easily make super-hydrating beverages and tasty superfood treats that help you keep cool and energized all summer long. All recipes from the class will be shared.
Please arrive at 3:30pm for introductions, we'll begin the class and eating by 3:45.
There will be opportunities for you to ask questions, get customized upgrade support and buy superfoods so you can experience this quantum leap in nutrition every day.
