This is not a formal study. This is a place for people with questions about Christianity. The goal is for people to talk calmly, openly, and non-confrontationally about their beliefs and their questions in order to better understand each other and, hopefully, learn from each other.
Non-Christians who are just curious about Christianity are welcome to ask all of their most difficult questions. Christians who would like to discuss their religious questions are also welcome. Everyone can feel comfortable here (Atheists, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Buddhist, etc.)
Questions could range from “How can you believe in God if the starlight is billions of light-years away?” to “What is the 30,000 foot view of the bible?” to "What are the philosophical implications of free-will?” No questions are off-limits.
About the host:
My name is Caleb. I’m a Christian. I’m really laid back. I enjoy sharing my opinions, and I also love hearing the opinions of others. I’ve learned so much talking to other people, and want to continue doing so. I also hope I can give back some of what I have learned. In addition to this group discussion, I want to make myself available for anyone who would like to have private "bible studies" (or would just like to ask me questions). Just contact me if you would prefer that to a group discussion.
Disclaimer: I am far from knowing everything, and still have a lot of questions myself. I don't promise to have an answer to every question (maybe someone else at the discussion will), but I do love God, and I would love the chance to share what I believe.
