Come out and join us for a fun fall meetup! Thea and Ric have invited us to come and enjoy an afternoon at their farm in Clayton. Punch will be provided, everyone else should bring a snack to share. You can sign up for a snack when you RSVP. Specific directions will be emailed to those who RSVP a few days before the event. Bunnies are welcome at this event. If you would like to bring your rabbit, please bring them in a carrier of some type. We want to be sure that all bunnies have a safe enclosure. Please be aware that everyone brings their rabbits at their own risk. If you do not want to bring your rabbit, feel free to bring some photos instead. We haven't had a supply exchange in a while. If you have CLEAN, used rabbit supplies (brushes, nail clippers, food dishes, water bowls and bottles, litter boxes, hay bins, cage materials, toys, etc.) you don't need, you can bring them and exchange them for something you can use. Any supplies unclaimed after the event will be donated to rabbit rescue. Hope to see everyone there!
I always enjoy spending time with the group. It was especially nice to meet some new members.
Thea and Ric's farm is great. The horses are beautiful .
It was a perfect day to have the fire going - really liked that.
Thanks very much for having us.

I was glad that we had a chance to get together with our bunnies. Wish the weather had been a little warmer but being inside I got to know everyone a little better. A few of us brave souls did make the walk around the back pasture. You are all welcome to come again.

I have sent out directions for everyone who has RSVP'ed "Yes" or "Maybe" as of 5pm on Saturday. If you decide tonight or tomorrow you would like to come, please email one of the organizers so we can send you the directions.

The health and safety of the rabbits and the people attending this event are the highest concerns of the organizers. Because there are risks inherent in bringing unknown rabbits together, a signed liability waiver will be required from anyone who brings a rabbit to the event. We will have the waiver there for you to sign. We ask that you take every reasonable precaution for the safety of your rabbit(s) and everyone participating.

Debra you don't have to keep bunny in carrier if he likes sitting in the car or you can put on a harness. We just don't want rabbit fights over territory. I think I'll put mine in cage, harness, or stroller. We can rotate and share. I have front and back lawn for harness walks and a mowed track in my pasture for stroller walks.

I have a stroller which I use to transport and take my bunnies to places. I also have a playpen which I'll bring that someone else could use.

We are asking for carriers for safety, since as we all know, bunnies may not get along. You could bring a small pen of some type if you prefer that for your bunny. We just need to make sure that all bunnies are safe.

Must we keep bunny in the carrier? I have one, but I never use it, even when I'm driving. She gets too nervous.
Can't wait!
