Details: Stan Brakhage?s silent phantasmagorical underground classic, in which ?a woodsman climbs a mountain, struggles with a tree, has a sexual daydream, continues to struggle with the tree, falls back down the mountain...a colossal lyrical adventure dance of image in every variation of color.?

What: Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles
When: Tuesday, November 13, 6:30 PM
Members saying "Yes" so far: 2

What: The Roe?s Room (with Director Lech Majewski in person)

Details: This unusual ?film opera? is set in a decaying Polish apartment. A mother, father, and son grow older by the day, but their 'reality' blossoms with the poetics of fantasy: milk spurts from the table, leaves sprout from a cracked shower wall, and in autumn deer invade their living room, to hide in the wheat that's grown through the carpet.
Where: Link for more details and to send or change an RSVP

What: Pasolini?s Decameron
When: Saturday November 17, 7:15 PM
Members saying "Yes" so far: 2
Details: Pier Paolo Pasolini?s beautiful and bawdy film version of Boccaccio?s classic tales.
