This Class is Highly recommended for all Organizers as well as all hikers and boaters. We will also discuss the connection between over exercising and cardiac arrest.

CPR and AED Training CPR is a 4-hour course for the professional or lay rescuer. This CPR class is a basic life support program designed for healthcare providers, first responders, and the lay person.

The program covers sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, and stroke; foreign body obstruction; cardiopulmonary resuscitation ; and the use of an external defibrillator(AED).


Meets the requirements of the joint commission; and are equivalent and acceptable alternative to resuscitation programs offered by the American Heart Association.

Course content includes: • Critical concepts of high-quality CPR • Chain of Survival • 1-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child and infant • 2-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child and infant • Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques • Use of barrier devices for Breathing
• Rescue breathing for adult, child and infant or why not to Breathing for them
• Relief of choking for adult, child and infant

Students will receive a 2 year CPR card
