TOTAL PRICE : $97.00 per person ( PRICE INCLUDES CANOE RENTAL, PADDLES, LIFE VEST, SHUTTLE FEE TO AND FROM RIVER, AND NATIONAL PARK PERMIT. Cooking supplies stove, plates, ect. will be supplied)
If you are bringing your own boat let me know. The cost would be $50.00
The permits to launch from the bottom of the dam are hard to get, they go fast! So in order to hold your spot we need to pay a $40 Deposit permit fee at the time you sign up. Sorry Non-refundable! It goes to the outfitter and National parks for the permit.

Drive via carpools to Boulder City, Nevada and check into Hacienda Hotel.
Hacienda Hotel costs: $29.95 per room (Please make your own room reservation. Booking online saves you 20%.)
Put on the River Sat Dec. 1
The outfitter we drop us of at the back side of Hover Dam. We will canoe Black Canyon, Explore Hot Springs, Hike Canyons, Camp Under the Stars! We will explore Gold Strike Canyon, Lone Palm Canyon, and Arizona Hot Springs where we will camp and do additional hiking.
Sun. Dec. 2 Final day of paddling takes us to Willow Beach where we be shuttled back to the Hacienda Hotel, approximately 1 pm.
TO SIGN UP FOR THIS TRIP, CALL ME TO LOCK UP OUR PERMIT. WE NEED TO TIE UP THE PERMITS ASAP
We will cook together as a group while on the river, pre-planning meals prior to trip. Food Cost: $10 per person.
NOTE TO PADDLERS: Black Canyon contains some moving flat-water, but no whitewater.

Besides the usual--tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, basic clothing, Sun hat • Sunglasses • Sunscreen and lip balm • Gloves (not only for warmth if necessary but for paddling) • Headlamp • Swimsuit • Rain gear • Water shoes • Extra shoes for hiking • Extra socks • Warm layers (The desert can get chilly at night.) • Beach/camp chair • Long-sleeved shirt (for sun protection) • Rope to tie things down in the boat and to tie the boat up • Dry bags and/or heavy duty trash bags • Camera • Towel
