It's the first meeting of the Raleigh area JV Alert / Impact Hookup to provide networking, fun, and a chance to meet others top-level local Internet marketers interested in joint ventures and affiliate relationships

We'll mingle and talk about what would be most helpful to you when it comes to creating savvy partnerships to grow your business. Who knows…you could find someone brilliant and put together your first (or next!) million dollar joint venture deal.

Started by veteran Internet Marketer Ken McArthur, JV Alert Live is the wildly popular series of events where Internet Marketers come together to help each other discover new partners and new opportunities to skyrocket their business. Now, it's going local with Impact Hookup chapters around the world.

There is NO FEE to attend the networking event. Just be sure to bring plenty of business cards and be ready to network. We'll be sitting so everyone who wants to order dinner can do so, but that's not required.

Tripp's is conveniently located on Wade Avenue, just off of 440 and 40 and has plenty of free parking.

My first time at this meet-up. It was held at a very convenient location. I've dined there before when other publishing meet-ups held in the same shopping center at Quail Books adjourned to this restaurant. The event was interesting. Introductions, exchange of business cards, hard to hear folks halfway down the table. So too many separate conversations at once. One attendee was asked to speak to the group about his extensive experiences with building successful marketing strategies for his particular products. Some seemed to be focused primarilly on increasing conversion of traffic to generate profit as mid level web-marketing professionals. There was talk of copywriting and the need to do more research beyond lists in order to write copy tailored to target specific markets. Pleasant, but too noisy. The patio was not open. heating units are not set up yet. Shortly, that should not be a problem and future meet-ups can benefit from a quiet space to communicate across the table.
