“ I met a lot of new people. I spoke no portuguese at my first meeting. At my third meeting I was actually able to learn a bunch of words and form some coherent sentences. Plus, Kim has posted a lot of vocabulary and grammar tools in the "Files" section of the website that is amazingly useful. The meetups are fun and encouraging enviroment. There are people like me just learning. There are also native speakers. The best part is that everyone talks to everyone and it's a really fun event. Can't wait for the next one. ”

I just expected to meet all those 5 people who "confirmed" their presence but never showed up.
