AUGUST SCI-FI GEEK MOVIE *** MARVEL'S GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY ***

The regular 3D showing is at 6:30 PM. I reccomend getting tickets early through Moviefone or at the theaters box office.

We can meet at the outside of the theater to the left of the ticket booth between 5:40PM and 6PM. By 6 PM, we will want to get in line for the movie to ensure we will get decent seats. I will email my cell phone to everyone signed up in case you can't find us.

This will be at the Crossroads 20 theater in Cary on Caitaboo Ave.

Probably one of the funnest of the Marvel movies. This one proves Marvel can take the most obscure properties and make an entertaining movie. Maybe there's still a chance for Antman!! The post end credit scene was funny. Would not have expected this character to make an appearance.

I'm out here for the summer interning at Nvidia, I don't know anybody here and would love to hang out with some people after/before the movie. Is that common at these events?

I have to emcee a big party of my tennis meetup group at 7, so unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this showing. Bummer, I really wanted to see it with the group!

For this First Friday (Aug 1) the science museum is going to show 3 16-mm short sci fi films. “Rescue Party,” by Arthur C Clarke, “All Summer in a Day,” by Ray Bradbury and “All the Troubles of the World,” by Isaac Asimov. Starts at 7 pm and is free. I plan on going.
