What is zchi? Zchi combines tai chi, modern dance, and free-style jazzy moves into a soft cardio workout. Move & stretch continuously to music for 45 minutes in this gentle class. Great for beginners. Moves are simple. A 4-year-old and a 74-year-old can take this class easily.
