This was really Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Meetup. Can I give more stars?? Thank you sooo much Wakemi. The experience of learning how to prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine was priceless. The taste certainly brought back memories, it was really great. The participation of members was fantastic. The flow of Japanese and English at various levels of proficiency was just....Great! Simple recipes, excellent host and friends, fantastic participation, super super language and culture exchange and a dynamic atmosphere. Speechless!

My teenager would love for me to learn how to make good yakisoba or other noodle dish - would save a lot of money making it vs getting it from restaurants!
