Haven't run regularly in a while due to foot injuries. Need to start back.
In southern village. Around chapel hill.
Last year 6-13 miles. 8-9min/mile.
Get back to 4 miles/day, 6 times/week.

Okay. Friday after lunch sounds good. I might be having to leave a bit earlier on Sunday, so I'm kind of checking with Stacy to see if I might be able to catch a ride back with them, but I'd still need a ride with you guys out Friday :)
