I'm ready to get off the side walk and on to the trail. I've done some solo running at Umstead and Harris, and want to run with others. I started running more long distance runs a few years ago and now I want to try something new.
Downtown Raleigh, and surrounding neighborhood streets.
Currently, once a week I will run my long run 6-10 miles around 10 minute mile, 5.5-6 miles at 9.15-9.45 minute mile, - 4.5 mile tempo run around 8.30 minute mile. and sometimes a 3.5 mile around 7.30 minute mile.
