I'm ready to get off the side walk and on to the trail. I've done some solo running at Umstead and Harris, and want to run with others. I started running more long distance runs a few years ago and want to become faster.
Raleigh sidewalks, Neuse River Greenway, and neighborhood streets.
Currently, once a week I will run my long run 6-13 miles around a 9 minute mile, 5.5-6 miles at 8.40 minute mile, - 4.5 mile tempo run around 7.20 minute mile. and sometimes a 3.5 mile around 7 minute mile.
to increase pace time and most of all to have fun running, injury free.
Hi Paul! Thanks for joining the Fleet Feet Raleigh Social Runs group. We just got up and running this week, but I've added most of our upcoming events. Hopefully we'll see you at one or more of them! I should also mention that if you're ready to bump up your mileage, our next half marathon & marathon training program starts the first week of January.
