About how far and how fast are you going?

Running 5-12 miles - training for a marathon in the Fall. Anywhere from 8:45-9:30minute pace.

    Hey maybe March 15 cycle or Little River trail run... need to get a group together... not sure how??

    Cycling for Health is the cycling meet up. they stay on the greenways, not roads. Just joined. you should join! I told Karen also. they have a 50 mile ride on the 17'th ... might take day off and do it.
