I love any kind of outdoor exercise - hiking, mountain biking, and trail running.
Umstead, Crabtree, Bond Park, greenways, and anywhere there's a path
Running 5-12 miles - training for a marathon in the Fall. Anywhere from 9:30 - 10minute pace.
