Umstead, Cary Greenways, Bond Park, Crabtree area and anywhere else RTR holds an event.
Jogging about 20 miles /week at 10 mm
Be able to run a 5 K when I am 95 years old. Stave off injuries by smart training and doing other activities besides jogging. Next Race is Old Reliable 10K which is the same day as the Raleigh half and full marathons.

Great seeing you at Ralley Point!
Thanks for the offer. I can make you a co-organizer. This would give you the ability to schedule meetups. You would have to collect the dues ($1) from each attendee then get it back to me. Are you interested? I'm not sure that anyone really does spontaneous games but as a co-organizer you would have that option. The only thing I ask is that if you schedule the game by using the website that you collect dues.
Leslie, welcome to BTRC. We hope to see you at a meetup soon!
Dobro dosli, welcome to our group!
I'll be coming too, as long as a agency doesn't call to schedule me as a "fill-in". Been doing that some here lately :)
Leslie, thanks for the kind words. This sounds bad, but I don't remember you from the climbing event probably because I didn't get to come and actually say hi! Maybe next time. And if you can sustain any kind of pace over a distance of 6-8 miles, that's better than me! My problem is I climb too much, and my running endurance is nothing. So if I can keep run/jogging for a 5K, I'm happy :P See you around!
Hello Leslie, Dan asked me to say hi for him. Have fun tonight.
Hi Leslie - I sent you a reply on the meet-up page regarding carpooling to Crowder St Pk for January's trip. Looking forward to meeting you.
Thanks Leslie! I saw there is ride in Umstead tomorrow - but I have the kids and my bike needs to get serviced. Hope we meet soon!
Gee Leslie. People must like you. You have a 100 greetings. Make that 101 greetings! Kent
