3-5 during the week; 10-12 Sat (Galloway) I do run/walk intervals at a 10:30-11:30 pace

I see that it's been a while since you have visited our groups page! To remain a part of this group, you must be able to attend at least one outing with us every 3 month period. I just wanted take the time to remind you to go out now, sign up for an upcoming meetup and join us in all the fun! If you haven't participated in anything by the end of May, you will be removed from this group so that we can make room for others who can....

Hi Sereion- You can learn to swim. Lots of people think they can swim, and still have to learn how to swim. I swam laps for exercise off and on in my life, and learned I was pretending to swim not really swimming. This is a challenge I'm sure others have, which means you'll have even more accomplished at the end of this goal than others... Look forward to meeting you!
