I am a novice runner trying to improve my speed and endurance. My goal is to run a 10-miler and a half-marathon within the first three months of 2013 and to keep improving from there.

Where do you jog/run?

Raleigh and Cary Greenways and some Raleigh neighborhoods

About how far and how fast are you going?

9+ Miles at a 8:30 - 8:50 minutes/mi pace

What are your running goals?

To improve my rate of speed as well as my endurance. Also, to meet people who will motivate me to push myself and have fun at the same time.
