I have been running off an on for most of my life...more on when I have someone to keep me going...more off when it is me that has to do that part...I enjoy running and meeting people who enjoy it too!
Fred Bond Park single trail, Umstead Park trails, Lake Lynn, ATT, Buffaloe Road Park Track, Cardinal Gibbons track, neighborhood, wherever.
Anywhere from 2-26.2 miles...I run in the 6-8:30mm range depending on distance and who's pushing me. One day of speed work every week, one long run every other week, 4-12 miles the rest of the time.
Finally qualified for Boston at the 2012 Chicago Marathon so lifted a huge monkey off my back there. Goals are to just keep having fun, stay healthy, and...if possible, keep improving. I still plan to do the 50 states + DC marathon challenge.
Best group of runners on the entire planet! :)
