Where do you jog/run?

Lake Pine,Umstead,Bond Park and occasionally the Tobacco Trail. I'm a personal trainer and run coach. I help lead the Y run group.

About how far and how fast are you going?

Anywhere from 3-12 miles. I run about 8 min miles..faster on shorter stuff. I've done several ultras...50ks and 50 miler

What are your running goals?

My biggest goal is to keep running!! More races would be great too. I have a 50 k and Pilot Mtn marathon coming up. I'd also love to do Beach-to Battleship Full IronMan

Hi- Im Sheri-love to run trails. I can usually only make the Thursday morning run and an occasional weekend b/c of work and kiddos.

This Meetup is community funded
