We will be a group of friendly visitors for an afternoon at Ashford Hall Nursing Home in Irving, TX. As a group, we'll have a Bingo game for the residents as well as do one on one visits with room bound residents. For the month of July, we are scheduled from 1pm to 3pm on Sunday, July 6th.

The residents absolutely love playing Bingo as well as visiting with us one on one. After our first visit, so many told me how much they enjoyed having us there and how grateful they were that we "choose" their facility :-)

In Dallas County alone, over 50% of nursing home residents receive few, if any, visitors during their stay. Please come out and let these seniors know that they are not forgotten. Your presence will make a huge impact on their lives. Lets show some love at Ashford Hall :-)

Thanks to all of you,
Melanie P

Hi Sonja, I think any fruit will do....as long as there is no icing on it and sugar free. Thanks!

Hello! We have enough bingo prizes for this coming July 4th weekend. All we need are lunch bags (red, white, and blue), fresh fruits, and cupcakes for at least 60 people. Any volunteers?? Thanks in advance for your help!
