DFW Halloween Party for Charity

The event is Dallas Halloween Bash. It is a party Jason has thrown at various places for the last 6 years. This year (and all future years) we are benefiting a charity for the party, West End Charities, which is collecting money for xmas gifts for needy children. All the money collected at the door goes directly to the charity (the venue has donated their usual fees). It is $5 cover and we will have a $2.75 u-call it special until 11pm. Most everyone will be dressed up in costume.

The last six years I have gotten 200+ people for the party. I am hoping to be able to do that again this year and raise $1000 for the charity.

There will be a DJ and we will have the entire bar reserved for our party. We are inviting multiple different social groups so it will have a friendly atmosphere and we'll have nametags for everyone. I will look into getting a reserved table for Random Acts.

There is also a hotel next door where we will have a group deal for.
