Chinatown Flavors (11 Stops) Tour!

  • August 16 · 12:00 PM

Hi Folks!

Here's Our 11 Stop Tour:
1. Tea Do
2. Bread Top House
3. Dim Sum Garden
4. Ming River
5. Siu Kee
6. Heung Fa
7. Tai Jiang
8. Xian Sizzling Woks
9. Yummy Yummy
10. Zhong Gang Bakery
11. Asia Super Market

That's right, with 10 stops in one go this is the belly buster of tours! My only advice to tour attendees is to pace yourselves. We'll start off at Tea Do and make our way around some of the best nooks and crannies in Chinatown. They've all been tested and approved by your's truly and have my seal of approval. As we walk and eat I'll also be sharing with you some history of Chinatown and the background of the dishes we eat. We'll also teach you some mandarin Chinese even!

Doesn't matter if you go to Chinatown often or you have never been there at all you are going to love this insider's food tour.

This will be a walk and eat tour with a couple spots for us to rest. We'll be walking around all of Chinatown so wear comfortable shoes! Make sure to come hungry because we are going to sample everything from desserts to bubble tea to buns to meats and everything else you could ask for. You'll also be taking home some treats as well. I promise that you've never experienced a food tour like this!

The cost of this tour includes all food and gifts.

See you all soon!

Im sorry I wasnt there. (explanation below)

In this event's case, I was actually cross-promoting an event run by a group called Chinatown Flavors ( a lot of Meetups do that for the same event, though I relaly dont do it often)....

I passed on all the info they had. I realize now I should have explained that better and I apologize. I'm surpised no one was there from that group though to gather everyone. They are usually great abt that. And I have to figure out how to post/share events sent in by others w/o making it look like I'm attending, since I'm disabled these days and cant travel much.....(when I share the event, it adds me as 'attending')...again, I deeply apologize and I will not repeat those mistakes again

Im glad it did work out eventually!

I looked at the Chinatown Flavors page. It appears they changed the date of the meetup and then cancelled it.

Organizer didn't show up or answer messages, but 4 of us finally found each other and enjoyed lunch at one of the places on the list.
