Philly Random Happenings is for anyone who likes fun and random activity. Kayaking one weekend, museum another, a game night here and there.   Singles, couples, and anything in-between! Indoor stuff, outdoor stuff, relaxed and casual, large events and small. Intense intellectual exercises and crazy wild physical ones, it's all good (and random!)

Dining adventures? Treasure Hunts? Gaming Days? Movie Watching? Arts and Culture? Explorations and Education? You name it, and stick it in the Philly Randomizer...let's see who comes out!

Meet some new people, or reconnect with old ones (this group is for any age adults!). Tell us your likes and dislikes!

Past gatherings have included roller skating, mini-golf, game nights and community mural paint by numbers.   PRH is for exciting events in any Philadelphia neighborhood, from South Philly to West, Northeast to Port Richmond, Penn's Landing to University City! From time to time, we may explore New Jersey or the suburbs (that's up to you!)

We will try to mix it up as far as bike-friendly, commuter-friendly and car-friendly destinations. Expect an event about every other week, maybe moreso if things 'heat up'

We have a couple basic rules.

1. No Shows are annoying, true.......but we are really most concerned if its an event that is reservation-required (like a big group in a restaurant) In those cases, we'll make sure to mention that fact in the listing.

2. We will try to focus on cheap/free events, though the occasional ticketed events may sneak through

3. Have an idea for a cool venue and/or activity? try to contact the administrators here and we will see if we can get the interest up. For a specific dates event, lets have at least 2 weeks in advance notice if possible!
