They say that the most important sleep hours during the night are between 10pm and 2am; when our brain's are hard-wired for sleeping and the most beneficial for our bodies. Better to get 4 hours of sleep during that time than 8 hours at any other time. I am a night owl.
Looking for fun events in the area. I work in human resources in construction. I like most music, esp live arts, theater, culture, festivals, mural arts & graffiti, food, drinks & interesting folks of a similar yoke. I'm a nature kid at my core.
