In one of my other groups, "no-shows" are given three chances and then they are removed (blocked?) from the group.

Hi all - So Yoga tonight was a filled MeetUp. But out of seven people who said yes, only one showed up. I understand things come up at the last minute, but people had wanted to come to this and couldn't because it was filled. I'm open to suggestions about how to handle this, because honestly - if I wanted to be blown off a lot, I'd be back in high school. Thoughts? Should I block people who say yes and then bail without notication?
