Hi, I am very new to this and come to it by being a diabetic, I doing it only partially because I don’t know too much about it. I can’t have fruit, just veggies, nuts. Would that work, does anyone have any good recipes for smoothies etc? I am not sure if I can make ti to the class, its pretty far for me to drive, I live in Bailey but if anything closer comes up I would be very interested.

Blessings

I'm in Broomfield/Westminster, CO area. I have been living the lifestyle for many years.  Vegan raw is best for me doing classes at our large country setting backyard as well.  Will advise closer to the time.  Don't judge price as the best variable for expertise either.  All have their own talents, ways and motives.

Have decades of years of experience and see simple as best --my speciality.  It will be raw vegan, but for those wanting just vegetarian, it will encompass their thinking too.  Not everyone is ready to jump into raw.

Best to all in your choices and greater health as you desire. So much fun to experiment with this eating/lifestyle.  Even a flop can be recreated to a blessed dish/meal.  It's like oil painting that is so forgiving to change.  I was not your gifted oil painter, but the teacher made me look great as she changed it to be just perfect. I will share with others how to make that process happen is one of my goals.

Katie,

This class sounds wonderful! I would love to learn how to "un-cook" foods! I really am making an effort to go back to 100% raw or at least high-raw...I just need some tips on what to make! I will let you know if I can make it!

Thank you so much,

Kelley Donovan

Attention friends, we will be teaching a raw, Vegan ?uncooking? class on Saturday, July 11th from 3:00-4:30 in Denver.  We all know why Vegan, but why raw?  Once food is cooked above 115 degrees, it loses 90% or more of its vitamins and minerals and 100% of the enzymes necessary for digestion leaving our food useless.  Our bodies then have to use our own enzymes to break down the food.  If you consume fresh, organic raw food, it comes with its own enzymes leaving our natural enzymes to do their real job, healing our bodies!  You can heal yourself of ANY ailment, have more energy, and feel a lot younger, and lose any necessary weight just by eating more raw foods.  We will be teaching how to make a delicious, seasonal fruit crisp, the ultimate sweet green smoothies for an energetic morning, festive tostados complete with walnut ?meat?, guacamole, and delicious salsa, and chocolate mocha cookies (one of Shyanne?s (age 13) specialties).  Anyone can benefit from this uncooking class!  More vitality guaranteed!

Check out www.gardenfairyherbal.com for more information or feel free to email me back!

In health and compassion,

Katie and Shyanne Sanders
