Everyone we met through this group, whether it was at this potluck or at Rawlicious, we have enjoyed listening to what they share about the benefits they experienced from being raw. We received great receipes from the group. From the e-mails we learn so much, such as, when a new raw restaurant opens, where to get quality wheatgrass & sprouts, or where is the best place to shop for raw ingredients.
