Raw Cuisine Classes are offered monthly by Amy at her home on the Riviera of Santa Barbara. Each class is focused on a theme of recipes which are demonstrated and sampled. Nutritional concepts, super foods, and essential oils are always included. Through the Raw Cuisine classes, students develop an understanding of how to use raw food equipment, kitchen organization, and techniques and principals of raw cuisine and raw food living. Join in community to learn and receive support to assist you on your path of exploration into the magical world of raw food living.

Amy Bacheller, M.Ed, NC has been a vegetarian since 1972, vegan since 1990 and exclusively raw since 2007. She is certified as a gourmet raw food chef/instructor from the prestigious Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California.  Amy has been a nutritionist for 20 years as part of her Scent From Heaven holistic healing practice. She is available for classes, private consultations and transformational healing sessions. Amy is writing a book, The Essence of Raw: Combining Raw Cuisine with the Healing Power of Essential Oils.

Amy says, "Going raw is the most fun I have ever had with food. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting I have come home to a simple, creative way of eating that connects me with the earth and my body with profound grace and gratitude. For me, it is the answer to a spiritual quest, seeking how to have and hold a higher frequency of Light."
