Note from Heather about this class:

Noah and I have enjoyed this class thoroughly for a couple of years now. I'll be signing up again for the Fall series. Not only do you learn a lot of useful plant information, it's a great way to get out and see lots of different hiking trails in the Santa Barbara area. The class is not tailored for raw foodists by any means, but the teacher, Sue, does cover a lot of wild plants that can be eaten raw. The only down-side to this class is that it can be very hard to make it to Sat. AM Farmer's Market AND the class, since they're at the same time. But some people go to the Market before class starts, and if the hike is close to town, it can be possible to catch the last half hour or so of Farmer's Market. -Heather
