Long Hunter State park picnic fun!

What better place to enjoy food with friends and let the kids run and play or how about a walk or canoe paddle across the lake Long Hunter State park has lots of things to love. 

We will meet at the play area  where there are picnic tables that are shaded and boarders the play area so fun can be had by the whole family . 

Please bring your favorite raw vegan summer dish and a recipe so those with food allergies can enjoy the meal . Below is the park web page so you can see all that there is to love about this location.

    This is my favorite place. Last weekend I walked the Bryant Grove Trail--8 miles. Yesterday I hiked the Day Loop trail (down the road a bit) 4 miles and walked the couchville path twice for 4 miles. I will probably be there early to hike or walk the trail.
