Her latest venture is first Raw Vegan Cafe in Christchurch, New Zealand, completed 2010.
Patricia got rated as one of the top 50 raw food chefs in the world. At the moment she is visiting Seattle and writing her upcoming gourmet raw vegan recipe book.
