Join us for one of our new Footloose Meetups!
BYOGS (bring your own green smoothie) or BYOF (BYO - raw vegan - Food). Make some extra green smoothie or other food earlier in the day and put it aside for the Meetup. Just make enough for you! Green smoothies are simple: just bring the jar of GS and enjoy, no utensils, etc.
Footloose - Going barefoot is encouraged, but not required. Reconnect with Mother Earth. A little grounding can help keep us centered.
Brief - An hour or so to relax and recharge for the week, but you're welcome to stay longer! Catch up with friends, meet new people.
Parks - This will be hosted by Tammye every-other-Wednesday. Watch for other Footloose Meetups. Others are also welcome to host similar Meetups at parks in the area.
Wednesdays - It's "Hump Day". Midweek seems like a good time to recharge to help get us through the week. We will try to keep a consistent weekly Wednesday Meetup. Feel free to volunteer to host the alternating Wednesday, or even other simultaneous locations or different days. With summer approaching, we will likely have more weekend events, so these are great for the weekdays.
