I have over 20 years experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic certified in Acupuncture, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, HeartMath® coach, certified living foods chef, instructor, coach and teacher and am working on my Herbal Medicine Certification.

What would you like to learn and experience by participating in this group?

I want to meet new people, inspire and excite others about health and have fun! I want to share my knowledge and experience to help ignite the passion for true healing through self care.

How did you get interested in raw foods and health?

I began my relationship with living foods after a struggle with illness that brought me to research the relationship between diet and health. After a long fast, I began a raw foods diet, and quickly regained my health. Now, almost 23 years later, my level of health and vitality far exceeds what I experienced when I was much younger. I completed both a triathlon and marathon the year I turned 50! I have a passion for teaching, both in group and one-on-one settings, and I appreciates having the opportunity to share my love and skill for preparing healthy and delicious foods.

I think I have signed up properly, but have not received a confirmation as to where the next meet-up is. I eat more fruits and vegetables raw daily, than most people eat in a week. Looking forward to the potluck!
