Learn healthier ways of eating, different ways of preparing food so it is not the same thing over and over. I would like to try vegetables I have never eaten before.
I'm overweight and have now been diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and fibromyalgia. I truely believe that these can be controlled without drugs if I can just learn a new lifestyle of eating.
