Karen Osborne is a living foods chef and instructor, certified through the living Light Culinary institute. She's a whiz at turning simple wholesome ingredients into sinfully decadent meals.
Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo has been eating raw and living foods for 25 years, and has been teaching others to transform their health using the magic of food, fun and fitness for over 20 years. She's a certified living foods chef and instructor, as well as a doctor of chiropractic, certified in acupuncture, a certified clinical nutritionist and an herbalist.
