1 T. lemon juice
1 date, pitted
1/2t. dried herbs of providence
1/4 t. minced garlic
1/4 c. water
blend until very smooth in food processor

1 1/4 c. spinach or chard
3 basil leaves
1-2 green onion
pulse chop until finely minced

Beets spiraled or mandolin sliced

spoon filling into beet slices

17. APPLE GINGER BREAKFAST
apples
ginger
lemon

18. CHIA PUDDING
Chia white or black
prunes
coconut
blueberries
vanilla
seasalt

19. PUMPKIN PIE IN A BOWL
5 1/2 c raw avocado
4 cup carrot juicee
1 c raw sweet potatoes - peeled
4 dates pitted
1/2 avocado
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
blend all ingredients until smooth

20. STRAWBERRY DESSERT
Papaya
Kiwi
Lemon juice
Strawberry
Coconut -unsweetened, dehydrated
Fold the greens into cheese like mixture.

21. CHOCOLATE SAUCE
coconut butter
flax oil
honey cocoa
